Frequently Asked Belly Questions
(Frequently Asked Belly questions)
Q: What exactly is it that you do?
A: We do fun and interactive cooking demonstrations in your home! Or prepare a meal for you and your guests while you enjoy a glass of wine and watch the Golden Girls. We don’t judge.
Q. Will there be cheese involved?
Q: Where are you located?
A: At your house. And what a lovely home you have!
Q: How long do these classes you speak of generally last?
A: Classes last around 2-3 hours depending on what you’d like to learn.
Q. What kind of food will you be cooking?
A, You tell us! Italian, French, Thai, Southern, Lebanese…..anything from basic techniques to French Macarons (aren’t you ambitious!)
Q: How many people are in a class?
A: That’s up to you, between 4 and 12 is a good size for classes but we can do a demonstration for as many people and you can cram in there. Geez, how big is your kitchen anyway?
Q: That sounds so fun! How do I schedule one of these awesome experiences?
A: You can call us at 815-556-9511 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, whatever you’re socially more comfortable with. Again, we don’t judge.
Q: How about kids classes?
A: Yup! All of us have kids ranging from sweet little cutie-faced age to sullen teenagers to leaving the nest. We get it. We do hands-on classes with menu options to suit all ages. Your kid likes Thai food? We can do that! Cool kid, btw.
Q: Are you able to accommodate my dietary restrictions or food allergies?
A: In a group demo we can’t promise everyone will be accommodated but we’ll do our darndest to help you choose a menu that agrees with your allergy/dietary restrictions.
Q: How do I give you money?
A: Hopefully frequently. Cash is preferred but we will also happily take checks and credit cards.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Portion of total cost is due at time of booking event – we wouldn’t want anyone to steal your spot! If you have to cancel we need to know 72 hours in advance. We understand that life is messy, but so is unused groceries.
Q: Is tipping required?
A: Not required in any way but certainly appreciated. You could also send tips directly to our kids’ orthodontist.
